Default Behringer ADA8000

Hello all,
I'm perfectly aware that there are some people who aren't fans of the Behringer equipment, but I purchased an ADA 8000 and connected it to my Digi 002 via lightpipe. The first couple of times I powered everything up, everything sounded great! However, today I was recording drums using the ADA 8000 and it had a popping or crackling sound. The ADA 8000 is the master clock device. I'm not sure if there's an order to powering up the units or if I have a setting that's wrong in Pro Tools 7.

Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

Thank you for looking and helping.

Kevin

You have to set your clock source in Pro Tools to "ADAT"
