Default 2-track mix back to Logic?

I was wondering if it's a good idea if I send my sequence out of Logic to my O2R, to mix it down; and then simultaneously send the 2-track mix back to Logic- has anyone done this? Any tips? Thank you.

Sure, This sort of thing is done all the time..

After you record the mix into Logic, play back the mix and original midi tracks at the same time to make sure you dont have any latency or drift issues...Make sure they are "phasing" as you listen back
All should be well though...
