Digidesign Technical Support Line

Am I doing something wrong. I am attempting to contact the technical support line, using the phone numbers on Digidesign's contact page. Every call, this is what happens:

Rings Once
Message stating ""please note that customer service will be closed on Thursday January 1st and will reopen at 8am Pacific Time on Friday January 2nd"
10 seconds of dead air
The line disconnects

I have tried calling the sales line, in hopes that they could successfully transfer me to tech support and the same exact scenario plays out again.

Anybody know what's going on here?

It worked on friday tho.
I was on hold for 1hr 45 minutes
Just to find out they couldnt help me with my issue on my 003 +

So, if you press one it takes you to another recording that basically tells you to call the ProAccess line and pay for support...and then hangs up on you. If you call the Pro Access line and do not enter a credit card with the automated system, guess what....the line disconnects. So basically, right now, when you call Digidesign you will have to pay to talk to someone or the line disconnects. I am sure this is a malfunction, but it doesn't surprise me.

The US office is closed today for the President's Day holiday, they will be open tomorrow. We apoligize for the incorrect date, left over from the recorded message when the office was closed January 1st.
