Default Application Manager is unable to connect to Avid Servers

Hello,

I have just downloaded Pro Tools First 12.3.1 (Win) but cant currently use it as the application manager keeps coming up with this error. It gets stuck on authentication and then results in this message.

I have activated it in iLok license manager and activated it on my avid account.

I have disabled my firewall as I thought this may be the issue and reinstalled the application manager.

Many Thanks
