Default Pro Tools 11 latency issue

Hello,

I am experiencing latency when routing an audio track to
An aux channel. I get a delay of about 3225 without any plugins
And my processors spike a bit more than half way high!
This doesn't happen with PT 10. I want to know if somebody
Else is experiencing this issue. Couldn't record today because of this
Problem. I am also not hearing any audio coming out of the main
Inputs (1-2) unless I send the audio tracks outs to an aux
Buss, then route the aux buss to the main outs (1-2).

I am on windows 7 ultimate, and 2.3ghz quad core
With 8 gigs of ram on a 003 rack.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.
