MIDI With TDM Mix3 System

Just wondering if anyone out there can help me out with my set up i have a TDM Mix3 system with 6.4 and many sound modules and i am trying to to produce into pro tools. I am wondering what midi IO is compatible and the best with this system? Thanks!
