Perhaps you could be a little more specific. If you have CPTK, you don't need HD, and if you have HD, you don't need CPTK. There's no reason to have both.

If you are trying to upgrade from regular PT to HD, then you just need the CPTK to add to your standard PT, and then the combination allows you to upgrade to HD.

Sorry for the misleading. What I mean is I want to buy a pro tools HD which was upgraded from CPTK.
