Default How to get smallest file size

I want to email two tracks I've recorded. When I bounce to disk they are 45 MB.
How do I reduce the audio file down to an emailable size?
Thanks
b

zipping won't make the files too much smaller..

You can use an upload/download site like drop.io

It's free, you can password protect the download, 100 MB limit unless you pay for more..

create a gmail account.... you get 2GB of storage for free... just email the files to yourself, and give your friend or client the password to the email address, and change it later.... free email storage space...

Check out something called Monkeys Audio and a compression format called APE. it lossless and compact. Both the sender and receiver will need it.

Or as suggested set up a Gmail account.

There was something called Windows Live Drive (or something like that ) that was offering Windows Live users free online space (like 16Gb or more).
