We found the issue. It only effects PT Standard thats why not everyone is seeing it. Thanks all and Swethington in particular for helping track this down. It will be fixed in 20.6.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread... this did get resolved?
I just got an S1 and have the issue where it won't cycle to 'write' or 'trim'.
Using a Fire HD10 all up today PT Standard, Carbon and PT Ultimate at the moment.
