firewire 18/14 and pro tools m powered

so i just got a firewire 18/14 (preiovusly was running a mobile pre) and i installed the driverers from the pro tools disk, and then downloaded the new frame ware, and under the setup option in pro tools under hardware it recorgnizes the interface but when i go to set a track to a certain channel of the mixer it still only comes up as track 1 or 2 (as was like using my mobile pre) any suggestions?

Have you configured the I/O setup in your session?

no i didnt and that did just the trick! i can't believe i didnt think to do that myself. thank you!
