Complementary upgrade to venue 3.0 software

I was hoping someone would be able to help me with a query regarding the 3.0 complimentary software upgrade.
The company I work for purchased an Avid Profile, We registered the console on the 26th of April.
When purchasing the profile we were informed that there would be a complimentary upgrade from the 2.9 on board software to the 3.0 on board software, We were supposed to have received an email upon registration, but never received anything.
So I was wondering if anybody could help me with who I need to contact to receive the free upgrade.
