Tech Support Via Phone?

Phone support was not free when I first started with it 7 Years ago.
Purchased a new system 4 years ago and still was not free past the free phone support time.
Anyway...let's kill this post. I don't think this info is even needed anymore.

All I ever remembering was having to pay the long distance charges for sitting on hold (which could be upwards of 30-40 minutes at the time), but once you got a person it was free. I've only called 2-3 times tops since 1999 though, so I could just be remembering it wrong, or getting old, or both.

You're right lets just move on and say we are happy with it.
They could at least talk dirty to you when they answer since they are charging Porn Line prices.
