What Do I do?
I'm making the switch from PC to Mac. Only problem is that if I were to purchase a Mac it would come with Leopard which doesn't seem to be too popular right now. With respect to LE it's not always better to have the latest upgrade. Any suggestions?

Tell your sales rep that you want it with Tiger 10.4.6 which is the last version on disc. Then you can download the combo update from MAC and take it up to 10.4.9 Or ask for the special deal of the day! Tell them that you buy it if they throw in Tiger! Who knows they may have some left overs with Tiger still on them. This is actually and odd one....I really don't know what to tell you..... Good Luck! Meko

GETTING THEM TO PUT TIGER ON WOULD BE NICE BUT I FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT MY IMAC AND WANTED TO GO BACK IN OS THAT AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS IT BECAME CLEAR THAT THE MOTHERBOARD AND THE OLDER OPERATING SYSTEM WERE NOT EVER GOING TO PLACE TOGETHER AND WELL, I WAS SCREWED UNTIL PT CAME OUT WITH A NEW UPDATE. SO BEWARE THAT THIS MAY NOT BE AN OPTION. BEST OF LUCK.
