Not a direct answer to your question, but hopefully useful info for you, be weary of TL Space with your set up even if it is working, its a convolution reverb and in TDM operation it can chew up chips like they're going out of fashion as it is hungry. You have an sc48 so with 2 dsp cards so you must be mindful of chip usage when trying to run max inputs/complex shows or want to run many effects. Revibe is fantastic and more efficient and the Sonnox reverb "plug in shares" with other plug ins so you can maximise your DSP resources and get the most from your SC48 by going for plug ins that also have this "plug in share" feature.

As I said not directly what you wanted to know but I hope it helps you choose plug ins to get the best out of your system resources.

Re your actual problem I've had an issue in the past when I've had to manually import all of the separate impulses from the TL Space plug in browser one at a time to get them to work . When I just clicked on the whole folder and clicked import it just didn't seem to work.

Hope there's some useful info there for you.

I wonder if it's possible to just boot to Explorer and copy the files over...

How were you installing the IR files exactly? We've seen a few customers have trouble with this, the workaround is to run a standalone IR installer from the desktop.

I will send you an email with some more info.

one thing I forgot to mention..

Please confirm you are using TL Space version 7.4.0.197cs1.

If not, go ahead and download the critical update installer for TL Space.
