Default Cmd_DocumentTooOldException on Pro Tools 12

Hi,

I know this issue has already been posted on this forum, but it didn't found any answers so I'm asking again, because it's not reported much on Google.

I did not make any changes to my computer or to my installation before this error shows up, but I'm unable to launch Pro Tools 12, as it crashes as soon as this dialog box appears. It couldn't find what it's referring to on Internet, and I tried everything possible to find a way out : I've seen that it could be related to the Quicktime player version so I updated it but nothing changed, I've reboot my computers many times and reinstalled Pro Tools, but it leads to nothing too.

Can anyone could help me with that ? My Pro Tools version is 12.7, and my computer is an Acer Predator, working on Windows 10 with 32G RAM and a 2.6GHz processor (please ask if you need any further informations).
