Try removing all but stock Avid plug-ins from the Plug-ins folder.

Also try posting more information about your system, from what I gather you're trying to run Pt's 11 on a abacus...which is NOT a supported OS! :P

I have a mac mini with server hd 2011. I'm using a saffire pro 24 interface, and my osx is 10.9.5. I'll try, and remove plugins, and get back with a report.
