problem with TL Space 9.2x35 2.0 to 5.0 native on 10.2

Or what ever the latest version is

The problem: the side tray wont open if using the 2.0 to 5.0
it will open in 2.0 to 2.0 and 2.0 to Quad

anyone else see this?
