Another update and no LEOPARD...man that's BUL from DIGI, you can release update for PTHD and LEOPARD, but can't get PTLE
with LEOPARD....that's nice, i do know were you put your priority...next time i will spend my money on gear, i will also
know were to put MY priorty, and it will not be DIGI.....

Sweet Water sales guy said that LE Leopard compatibility is slated for April, which is just ridiculous if you ask me.

I just hope they fix the re-draw waveform issue before then. Personally, I can live without leopard till then, but I can't deal with these waveforms.. I'm back on 7.3, with my $50 upgrade to 7.4 collecting dust on some server somewhere...

Man, I hope his estimate is off...

I understand that Digidesign has to deal with Apple's bugs and what not... but more than half a year to get software from the industry leading company working with some of the most popular computers for audio production???

And of course, the whole "limited tracks, no ADC, no surround, no Digitranslator, limited i/o"... things are still hanging around.

BUT! Here I am complaining, and I am pretty much a die hard Pro Tools user. I personally choose PT LE every day, and I am happy with the choice (barring the fact that its very buggy in Leopard). Like I said in my last post, I am a dedicated PT user, but I will never understand Digidesign's business.

Don't feel lonely

Digi, I wonder if you have any idea how harmful you are being to yourself.

i'm running LE 7.3.1 on leopard 10.5.2 no trouble at all, on a 2.20 ghz macbook. 1gb ram. tested with 20 track 4.30 min audio with 12/13 plug-ins no worries, was just clocking halfway on the cpu usage display
What are you running it on digi002, digi003 Mbox etc?

I managed to get ProTools LE 7.4cs2 to load on my Mac Lapbook OS X 10.5.1 with an MboxPro2. I recorded one track of my voice on a mic no plugins. SO it seems to work but I had to remove the file DigiReWire.dpm. What does that do?? Anyway, just wanted to mention it.

Where do I locate this file?
