Antelope OCX for Rosetta 200?

Hey...I now just have the 002 interface (003 had an accident)..I want to upgrade the sound quality of the 002..I have a new Antelope OCX which has never seen the light of day...would YOU sell the clock and buy a Rosetta 200 or save the clock and wait to afford the Rosetta...I'm not really sold on the BLA mod so what do you think?
