LE 8 - Recorded Track Jumbled On Playback

Here's what's happening...

I'll lay down a guitar track and when I playback it sounds good, then when I playback a second time, it's just completely jumbled.

No error messages or anything.

I checked and my version of Pro Tools is up to date.

(I just got Mbox2 and LE 8 the other day, so I'm a rookie.)

But I know everything is supposed to be compatible with my system.

This is the only thread I could find on my issue.

I read the whole manual, watched the instructional DVD... everything seems to be working fine except my guitar track gets mangled.

It doesn't appear mangled either when you look at what I layed down... it just is when you playback and when you try to record another track along with it.
