I don't know that that's possible, at least not in any usable way. I would retrack the vocals.

I was listening to a song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XuFKHpU2jg listen the intro part from start to 0:33 sec.
That is a sample from this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zk-H3oRiuNg 0:30 and i don't know if they re-recorded the vocals and piano or they use the original recording.
