Free Upgrade to Pro Tools 7.4

Can someone please direct me on how to receive my free 7.4 upgrade. Here is my story. I purchased PT 7.3 from the Digi store on 10/30/07. Which would qualify me for the free upgrade. When I went to register PT 7.3 I was told that when I purchased PT7.3 from the Digi Store I was automatically registered and I should receive an email describing the procedure for getting the free upgrade. When I tried contacting them about not receiving the email I was told that they would be getting back with me. Three weeks later I am still waiting. Can anyone give me advice on how I should precede in this matter?

check your junk mail or spam filters, mail from digidesign often ends up there.

Hey You have to go to digidesign website and register, so you get a user name and password. After that you can download software form digidesign. follow with emails with activation code. Hope this info was useful.

You mentioned in your original post that you were told that you would be automatically registered when you purchased 7.3 from the store. Unfortunately you were given incorrect information.....

The only way for Digidesign to know that you have purchased one of their products is for you to register that product on the Digidesign.com website. To register your product go to Digidesign.com click on My Digi at the top of the site and then click on Product Registration. Follow the directions and you'll get your upgrade notification.

I just registered my digi 002 and I'm using LE 6.3.1. The registration email sent me a link leading to the digidesign site, which said that I'm eligible for a free 7.4 upgrade since I registered it after 2007. But when I followed the link it said to enter the activation code from the email I got. I haven't got any email about that upgrade. How do I get it?

Sorry, I meant to say LE '7.3.1 instead of '6.3.1'. So the 7.4 is still needed.

If I obtain the LE 7.4 upgrade on disc, would I need another authorization code for it?
