Pro Tools Control iPad app no longer working 19.5

Just upgraded Pro Tools Ultimate to 19.5, upgraded the EuControl software, ungraded the iPad app to 19.5, and the app no longer sees Pro Tools (or my computer. Just the red "Not Connected". Anyone else?

Please don't tell me I have to upgrade to Mohave...

Guessing your configuration is wrong somewhere.

Is Eucon turned on in Pro Tools (go double check)?

Reinstall Eucontrol by first doing a full uninstall (run the installer and there's an option to uninstall; reboot; then run the installer again). Sometimes things stick around that screw things up.

As said above : goto setings and look up Peripherals and make sure Eucon enabled is checked as it un-checks sometimes arter a reinstall or after trashing preferences.
