Nope.
Not the issue.
All my plugins are up-to-date (especially since they are 100% Apple ARM native)
Nothing has been forgotten. There are no "remnant" plugins and it was actually scanned fully with the last 2023.12.1 with no issue. (you just trash the plugin cache) and reopen Pro Tools.

This is just Avid having broken the plugin scanner again.

Darryl.....

Sometimes things get thru and yes our test team goes through extensive testing with a host of groups. Sigh...... We have a UI/UX team specifically here now at Avid but most likely was done prior to that teams creation or they weren't asked to help on this project - as it is very much up to the individual product teams.

No issues on first launch.

These two dialogs represent a nice improvement to the startup experience:

(SynthCell and GrooveCell are unlicensed because I never bothered to activate them on my iLok. I don't think this is an error but it's a bit puzzling that they need their own distinct licenses)

I currently have macOS Catalina on my Mac Pro 5,1 and,
I intend to upgrade the Avid Support Plan if certain bugs are fixed,
But I'll still have macOS Catalina (currently running PT 2019.12 with no issues)

My Questions is:

Even though Avid doesn't say if 2024.3 is compatible with macOS Mojave (or Catalina),
Will Pro Tools 2024.3 work with Mojave (or Catalina) if I install the HD Driver 2023.3 like Avid says to for my system?

Thanks

Thanks Will!

Hi basehead617,

Here's also the Pro Tools Documentation. We apologize about the delay.
