Perpetual transfer to alt ILok account?
Hi.
I have 2 ultimate licenses in my Avid account. One I’m keeping and one I’d like In a different account managed by my partner. His version is up to date Jan 2025 Mine I let laps until we separate Avid and iLok accounts. (I’m semi-retiring) We filled out the transfer of ownership but submitting it has been eluding me. Thank you very much.

Did you buy the ASC code (it has to be the Ultimate ASC code) and then use that code to submit the paperwork ("Use ASC code from my.avid.com" account for the "seller's") There's a line on the transfer paperwork to put the ASC code number. (It's about US$80). Then submit a scan of the signed transfer paperwork attached to the ASC ticket.
Then you wait on Avid to do the transfer.

Try this link
https://shop.avid.com/ccrz__ProductD...ew&cclcl=en_US when you go to checkout, it'll ask for your ilok account (seller/current account the license is part of). That's how the ASC gets deposited in the right user account. Once you've bought it, you have to go to the "Products Not Yet Activated" page in your my.avid.com account to activate it and then you get the actual code number. Also, a little reminder, you need to move the Pro Tools Ultimate license ilok asset to your ilok license account (top level) -- it can't be on a physical iLok or iLok cloud. Needs to be back in your ilok general account before you do this process. (I just went through this consolidating Avid accounts so it's fresh in my mind about all the weird things.)

When I go in to check status my active-ASC confronts me with “contact us” in 3 servey-type Bot-questions.. the stalls out. ? Thanks in advance.
