IK Multimedia PM

Hello everyone. Is anyone else having the strange IK thing - where neither their website nor IKPM tool works - saying there is no internet? When everything else works perfectly normally? It comes back for a few days and then access is denied again... it is a thing formally reported on the IK site forum - but with no solutions other than 'check your machine' and 'its not our fault'... but, as I say, everything else works as normal... Strange one...
