Delay while Recording vocals
Hi,
Without any change to my hardware, there is a delay while recording my vocals or guitar when recording through my mic which is going thru a pre amp. For example, I sing or play the guitar but hear the sound 1/2 second or so later in my head phones. It is throwing my timing off, not sure what has caused the delay as it was not there before. If anyone knows what would cause this and how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks, Zafar |

Re: Delay while Recording vocals
What system do you have? if its an Mbox mute the channel you are recording and then use the mix knob to get the correct mix between playback and input. If its an 002 or above activate low latency monitoring.
Cheers
