Default Bomb factory says Digidesign is responsible

Hi Digi!
I went on the BF site in order to download 5.3.1 digifactorybundle versions, but they clearly say (it's a quote) : "If you received your Bomb Factory software as part of a Digidesign promotion, such as 001 Factory or a TDM bundle, simply register with Digidesign. Digidesign handles all technical support for these products."
So now, I am asking you what you are going to do about that?
Will you help us, or ask us to pay, or to wait one year?
Please be nice to your hardly earned customers.
Sincerely yours.

Hey Mucky
Search for "Bomb Factory" and you will get an eyefull. Erik from BF has posted all over the DUC both in the LE and the TDM forums about the difficulties getting these plugins updated and in the hands of the users. He defends his position vigorously that the hold up is with Digi but no details are given because of NDAs.
Evidently the 96khz versions are being redone from scratch. Not sure about the XP versions but these things do take time.

Please search ... and enjoy the chaos.

The update for Pro Tools LE on Windows XP will be without charge, and we will try and get it out ASAP for our 001 Factory customers. (This is a separate, parallel effort to the Pro Tools HD work.)
