Does this mean that you cannot use the 003 inputs and the 11R inputs at the same time for recording though? I am not using an external CD Burner; and I do have them linked now with two S/PDIF digital audio cables as you've described. I also have 003 set as master clock and 11R set to external via S/PDIF.
