Default HEY DIGI! How \'bout an Mbox driver for OS X???!!!

Just bought a great little mbox-
but it seems to be missing one thing.....a driver for OS X...it's a shame that I can't listen to all my CD's and MP3's in OS X through it. I know that PT doesn't work in X- but writing a little USB driver would be simple enough...and much appreciated!

thanks!

Please step in the line.....

The users of ptle with a pc will be first served with an xp-version of ptle where the differences between ptle on a mac or a pc are finaly removed (i hope)....

we still lack:
direct connect
quicktime support (including ripping audio from a cd....)
patch-name support

i am not looking for a platform war, but rather just telling how it is. And since digidesign isnt that big, they first have to finish this, and then i believe OSX will be served...

Now we are forced to run (buggy) win98 or winme, and as far as i know winxp is a much better stable platform....on wintel computers....compared to '98 and ME

They need a forum for OSX requests just for these 'I want' questions...
They're definately not 'I need' questions.
