Still waiting from Avid.......Also, case has already been escalated through Avid site, GCPro has contacted Avid rep a couple of times...........and............still waiting.
Terrible service. |

Avid's service center in Manila is subject to all kinds of quarantine restrictions. Bad excuse but understandable in these days

HDX registration issue is an Avid bug in their system.
The amount of money people pay for this so called Ultimate system with this type of service is inexcusable. |

All of this is very vague, but I am escalating this just because you have been waiting for so long already. Perhaps someone at Avid would contact you.

Not vague at all......!
Can't register HDX card, Avid is at fault because of a bug in Avid system. Clear? |

After waiting for a month for Avid support to help with the registration page not working I can now register my HDX card.
