Batch Midi Export
I have lots of midi clips on the one track.
I want to export them so they export as single files. Currently, the entire track keeps exporting. How do I just export one clip from the track? Also, can I export 2 or more midi clips at the same time that are on the same track? I'm also getting this issue when I do export midi: I have a one bar midi clip on track 2 that I exported. The problem is the midi file that is exported becomes as long as the midi file that I have on track 1, which is much longer, rather than just the length of the clip I exported. [Side issue - when I click File - Export - midi my 'Location Reference' is always greyed out. What causes that?] Oh, and is there really not a hotkey option for midi export? What's the hold up with that? Surely midi can't be such a difficult element of DAW design? Why does Avid not put effort into this? Last edited by Samba; 05-03-2020 at 11:42 PM. |
