Sappire Pro24 DSP Interface and Pro Tools 9 input/output bus setup

Hi Everyone!
I have just replaced Cubase with Pro Tools 9 and i'm having difficulty setting up my mic inputs, can anyone help me please?
Im using a Focusrite Sappire Pro24 DSP Interface, im getting sound as my Novation Nocturn 25 is working fine with instrument plug-ins, that seemed to set-up itself. Now I just cant get a mic to come through.. any help would be appreciated! Thanks
