The first control room is 320 square feet, symmetrical with angled walls. It will have access to a live room and a vocal booth and will be soundproofed enough to have a live band rehearse or record within. It will be ready by March 1. $1800 per month, but negotiable.

The second control room is a 200 square foot producer's room also with access to the live room and the booth. Can also be used as a heavily soundproofed video edit suite. Asking $1400 per month.

Or I could put a ProTools HD|2 with a 192 interface and other fun gear in there for a month or two and rent it short term. Make offer.

Both rooms available for medium or long term rental.

I may be interested in the smaller of the 2 spaces, but it is out of my price range. If anyone would be interested in sharing a space like this let me know. I do audio post work and would need the room during the days. If you work nights maybe we could work something out.
