Plugin presets on the MAC
Hello
If you are converting a NT session to Mac you should know that on the Mac side you are not able to read any plugin presets which are written with the Digi "save as" funktion. Or let`s say so far I`m not able to read it. Anybody know how it works? I crossgraded from Waves golden bundle 2.8 NT to 3.0 Mac. If you open a converted NT session in which there are Waves plugins, PT says it can`t open the plugins and says in which channel it failed to install the Waves plugin. Write it down and install them manually. If you have saved the Wave presets in the Waves own save function then you are able to load the presets on the new 3.0 version on the Mac. I have no idea if it works better with 2.81 but with 3.0 there is no way around. Re: Plugin presets on the MAC
Hello Wolfgang,
Same problem here, but must of other pluins work, also, If you choose to save "root settings folder" when porting NT sessions to Mac, the plugin folder is not created!!! Happy crossgrade Camilo
