EuCon still crashing upon restart

It happens more often than not. Whether selecting to restart or shutdown the computer, EuCon will crash as it's attempting to close. I have the latest version of EuCon on a trashcan Mac Pro running OS 10.9.5. Any pointers?

If there's no specific advice for fixing this, could I get a headcount for those who are either having similar crashes, *OR* no issues at all. At least then I could assess if it's just me or a larger issue.

Hey Eric

After updating to Eucon 3.2.1 and now 3.2.2 that app crash have stopped thank GOD! We had that exact issue from versio 3.0 up to 3.1.3 but the .2X releases did it for us. Also I noticed we had to turn the 4 Artist units Off before closing down Eucon as if we closed Eucon before we had tirned off the units it crashed asking to send a crash report, extremely annoying and was like that for over 1 year here. What version do you have Eucon and what PT 11 version?

i have a direct line to Kyle who works with Eucon development so I can maybe get him to contact you if this keeps up.

Most recent version of EuCon (I just checked to be sure) and same for PT, although PT is closed when I attempt to restart and shouldn't play a role. Interesting about having to turn off the hardware prior to restarting. I'll give that a try and see if it helps.

Eric, have tried; run the uninstaller, then trash all Eucon prefs. Then re install ?

Not yet but I will.

My only suggestion would be to make sure that you've got the correct network adapter selected in the EuCon setup.

I have crashing all the time unless that is highlighted to the adapter that I use for my Artist Series controllers.

As mentioned in my other post, EuCon 3.2.2, OS 10.10.2, and PTHD 12.0.0 all playing nicely together. I use this setup one day a week, so maybe I haven't pushed it really hard, but it doesn't crash.

There are some annoying GUI bugs, but nothing show-stopping.

It's not a wide-sweeping problem but there are several of us out there. At one point it was much more common.
