Pro Tools LE will not launch!

I'm using an Mbox2 Pro on an Intel MacBook Pro. Issue is, when I click on the Pro tools icon it just bounces twice and nothing hapens. This is not the first time either, at first I thought it was a virous, now I know it's not because I have the best protection money can buy. This has hapend 4 times so far, it wont open for 4 to 7 days then all of the sudden it just magically opens.
If you are in business with your system as I am then you can understand my frustration!!

I have tried updating to what Digidesing sugests for all Mbox users, 7.1.3r2 but that didn't do jack [bleep]!

First, you're using a MAC, but you're posting in the Windows forum. That's problem #1.

Problem #2; you are experiencing a very common problem that has to do with letting your MAC do automatic updates. If you head over to the proper forum (the one about Pro Tools LE on a MAC) you will find numerous posts and solutions, especially one from Digidesign that is "stickied" at the top of the forum.
