Update Credit Card Info Error

I have to change my credit card info for my renew, but i got this error everytime i tried:

Server Error
Error:

Error Number: ADR_000003

Can someone have a clue?

Well you have your answer right there! They have had problems and are working on it.

If you need assistance with this quicky you have to start a support case as this is a user forum as no one here can go into you account and change for you. The only way to get help is start the ASC ticket and wait for Avid to reply.

But i got this error since at least 3 months...
And i have to renew before the end of January...
So the only solution is to pay for an ASC ticket and wait from Avid to reply?

I will contact Avid but an ASC ticket code is needed anyway and it is free so start one and post the code here and I will escalate this to the right people to swiftly help you. And you do have a few days so no stress

Since you have an active plan goto your myavid account and start a free support ticket and you will get a ASC number to post here so the Avid support guys can find your plight quickly.
