Default Reverting back to Econ 3.7?

I'm troubleshooting -9093 errors that I'm getting since replacing my system drive and doing a clean install. I've been plagued with 9093 errors the whole way and have seemingly narrowed it down to when Eucon is running. Updating Eucon was one of the few changes from my working previous setup. BUT I updated my S3 firmware for the Eucon update to 18.3 so I'm wondering if I can revert to 3.7 with the new firmware on the S3.
