Default Fatal exceptions - loading PT2018 plugins

I recently upgraded from Mac OS 10 (Yosemite) to Mac OS 11 (El Capitan) and then after some flakiness on OS 11) upgraded from PT12 to PT2018.12. At which PT repeatedly failed the startup plugin scanning routine.
I then (at a friend’s suggestion) upgraded again from OS 11 to OS 12 (Sierra), uninstalled PT2018.12 & reinstalled PT2018.10. The friend had experienced some flakiness with Sierra & PT2018.12.
All went OK on the PT startup plugin scanning routine except as per the photo below. All these plugins were working fine in PT12 on Yosemite and they are definitely 64 bit, but they won’t load!! The error message is ‘Fatal error’ as below. Thankfully they haven’t blocked the startup routine & I can open PT, but those plugins are missing!!
Any insights from the hive mind???

I'm going to go out on a limb here seeing as how you don't give us complete information on what's going on, particularly how you got the new OSX's on your system. I'm guessing you did an in-situ aka The Apple Way of installing the new OSX right over the old. That is never a good idea especially when you don't know what you're doing.

You want to wipe the system drive and install the new OSX and everything else from clean. Elsewise you run into problems like you're having. Also do NOT use Migration Assassin to bring stuff over from a Time Machine or clone drive.
