Audiowerk 8 MME driver crash

Hi
I Have P III 700 Bx440 chipset 128mb RAM
Udma 66 HD and Emagic Audiowerk 8 Soundcard
I have been unable to load into PTF due to
Audiowerk MME driver crashing.
Any ideas please?
Also I am keen to test out version 2 if
neccessary
