Opening a Kontakt Multi saved with 5.6.5 in 5.5.2

I pulled the old one off my clone drive to replace the updated library and everything was fine. I did not create any new multis in K5.6.x

yeah, OP did make Multi's which do not Play Well going Backwards !!

also, you mentioned "you can open multis saved in a previous version of Kontakt in a newer version" But, the OP is going the there way .. from a New Version to an Older Version .. which for K5 never worked on my end either .. which is NI expecting NO One to ever do anything but what they wish .. very narrow minded ..

You can NOT open a library, session or multi that was saved or created with 5.6.5 in 5.5.2 Kontakt is not backwards compatible. If you don't believe us, go for it or search the NI forums.
