Pro Tools 11 Upgrade disappeared

I recently purchased an activation card for Pro Tools 11 HD Upgrade and Support Plan 2015. Activated, Downloaded and installed. Fine. Needed to install to another Mac. Logged in, went to My Products link. Found just 9 and 10 downloads. 11 disappeared. Licence is on my iLk fortunately, but no way to install somewhere else. Any suggestion? Am I doing anything wrong? I've always did download the same way and it worked.

Do you still have the download (.dmg on Mac .exe on Win) on your first machine? If so move the installer over to the second machine and install. For some reason Avid removed PT11 downloads from some users's accounts when PT12 dropped on Monday. For future reference you should keep in a safe place each download you get from Avid just for cases like this or you want/need to reinstall and the machine you're on is not on the net.
