Vertical zoom shortcuts not working (ctrl + alt + [ or ])

Since I installed 10 I can't use the vertical zoom shorcuts anymore. Very annoying as I use it a lot.

According to the shortcuts reference it's still ctrl + alt + [ or ].

I am surprised there is no topic about this yet. Am I the only one with this issue?

There are more shortcuts not working.
Write to all enabled is also not working (ctrl + alt + /). So now I have to go into the menu all the time.

Come on Avid, what the heck?? Fix the basics for crying out loud.

So this upgrade was basically a downgrade all in all (not only because of not working shortcuts). I am so thinking of finding another job right now.

Add ungroup (ctrl + alt + U) to the list.
I'm not trying them all out but it starts to look like there are many more.

Just kickin' this one up for Avid to notice.
It doesn't look like this has been fixed in 10.3.2 since it's not in the list.

Edit: Now confirmed after installing the update, these shortcuts still do not work.
