Default PT 7.4 elastic audio = no need for Pitch N Time?

can PT 7.4 do everything Pitch N Time can do as far as time expansion/compression and audio pulldown for post?

curious.

that is probably true but, doesn't really answer my question.
let's assume the quality is the same; is the funtionality the same?
