Where's Pro Tools to Download???

Got my Eleven Rack - registered it and also the Ilok - got links for the full Eleven stuff and moogerfooger (?) bundles but no link for the actual Pro Tools 10? What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes it can take a few hours. Did you check in your Avid account or are you waiting for email?

Are you sure you registered everything in the box?

tried everything - ILok is registered - registered the Eleven with avid... actually got emails back for downloading & licensing the full Eleven plugin & Moogerfooger Bundle (think that's it) but NOTHING for the actual PRO TOOLS? Sent email to avid (no response) and tried to call using my 1 free call - on hold forever (3 times I tried) then I get voicemail... WTF? Tried just downloading PT 10.3.3 but it won't start up due to my ILoK...

avid account only shows the 2 downloads I mentioned as being available on my account???

Will try again tomorrow - maybe they went to bed 'eh? Anywho - I'm playing with the Eleven Rack and so far lovin' it... Just wanna get Pro Tools Too!

You registered the Eleven Rack, but not the Pro Tools card?

I think there is a separate card for Pro Tools that you have to register.

So is the Pro Tools license on your iLok? Any NEW authorizations showing in your iLok account?

strangedogs is going through the same thing I went through with my 11R last year. The registration for the 11R is a bit misleading when it comes up on screen and asks if I am registering the 11R box AND Pro Tools.

As Benoni says there is a separate credit card sized purplish/black card for PT. It's stuck inside that square little cardboard box with a blob of sticky material that reminds me of snot . Do NOT throw away anything that was in that big box that had the 11R. IIRC it's the same box that had the iLok in it.

Oh yeah - the 11R drivers on that disc are old drivers. Download the latest drivers from Avid.

Checked your reg and I see the Eleven Rack you registered should have included PT10. As said in previous posts, look for the Activation Card in the box (see this KB article for more info).

OMG MusicMan thanks so much... it's a small card glued to the box I never noticed.

EDIT: Finally all is well! am downloading now - I already installed the trial so hopefully I can just install over it. Thanks so much - can't believe avid won't answer the phone or respond back thru email... Thank god for these forums. That's what forums are for - users helping users... The Eleven Rack is really a treat so far. can tell most of the presets will have to go. I'm grabbing a slew of Benoni's presets as they sound phat.

Thanks again to all including DigiTechSupt. Even got the link for extra plugins. Now I'm gonna be busy for awhile learning Pro Tools :)

I can't say I'm impressed with avid support though.
