click view > rulers > meter

select the bar/beat where you want your meter change, click the plus sign on the meter ruler, input your time sig, and viola

if you have multiple meter changes, just add them as needed

I have tried this on one of my tracks and every time I click in the box to type '3' (to change tempo to 3/4 time) it defaults back to '1' and wont let me type anything in after that, it comes up with a dialog box saying "this field requires values in the range of 1 and 99' After I click 'ok' it reverts straight back to 4/4 time. I'm a bit confused as to why this seems to be locked at 4/4 time. (in the meter bar it says Default: 4/4) Most likely something I haven't seen. Can you please help me with this?
