Default C24 Faders Adjustable?

Hello all.

I've got a fader that seems to have loose ballistics. If it moves any considerable distance (like from bottom to its 0 reference point when I open my new session template), it vibrates like a vibraslap! I know on the Neve Logic 2/3 consoles we have in our other facility that I can go in and adjust various aspects of the faders behavior. Any such luck on the C24? Would love to know before I disconnect and haul this thing out of the desk... only to find its not possible... pissing off my engineering staff as well! hehe.

Also, PS has been replaced, and these are the accompanying fader packs.

Thanks!

Default Re: C24 Faders Adjustable?

Talked to Digi Support... no adjustment possible.

But a new fader is dirt cheap. $32 and change w/shipping at the time of this writing. Fast service as well. 3 days, I think. So if anyone else is having a fader problem, don't worry. It's a cheap and easy fix.

Thanks, Digi.
