Default Slave ProTools to an old Euphonix 2000 Mixboard Transport

What Connector does ProTools look at to find LTC to chase to?

I have a perfectly working Euphonix CS2000 mixboard and Pro Tools, I want to send LTC out of the Euphonix into Protools to have PT chase the Locators & Play commands, etc.

I don't know how to get the LTC out of the Euphonics. I'm looking for a Pinout diagram for the 50 pin Midi I/O connector on the bottom of the Euphonix board, and get the LTC from there into Pro Tools.
