Logic and Motu 828???
Do you think it's possible to use the 828 with your Logic???
And where do you exactly connect the new Logic controller to??? The motor mixer is being connected to the midiports of the Digi001 right??? Well...firewire will take over, so Motu should be happy to be the first one. PCI card will be gone over a couple years. PCI card will stay for in fact extra monitor connection. Digidesign will have to cut down their prices. There's to much hi-tech stuff coming out now. What do you think?? |

Re: Logic and Motu 828???
The MOTU 828 does not have midi in/out. PCI card gone in a few years, I doubt it. You forget pci slots were made so you could update and change thing around in you computer. PCI slots were not just made for audio interface cards. Nice thought, but I don't think people would like a lot of stuff hanging outside of their computers.
Logic should work with the MOTU. MOTU supplies the drivers to work with Logic. You will just need a midi interface. [This message has been edited by toecat (edited March 17, 2001).] |
